Cleanser is a pink liquid that’s indispensable for semi-permanent manicures and UV gels! It has two very specific functions: to clean and degrease nails and brushes. Otherwise known as a “degreaser”, cleanser is used to clean nails after preparing them for a semi-permanent application.
