It has won over hundreds of technicians thanks to its unique performance and gentle feel on the eyes. But like all high-performance products, it requires a little extra care, especially during the warmer seasons.

This glue must be kept refrigerated, as it is sensitive to heat and sunlight. ⚠️
Take note that its lifespan begins as soon as you buy it. To ensure optimum freshness, avoid stockpiling: buy one glue at a time.

That’s why we recommend you take a refrigerated pack, but even so we can’t guarantee transport conditions (non-air-conditioned trucks, delays, etc.).

Our recommendations for optimal storage :

• Store in the fridge on receipt (4-8°C ) and take out 30 minutes before use.

• Always reseal and wipe mouthpiece after each use.

• Store glue upright, in an airtight container with a silica gel sachet.

• Avoid thermal shock, hot locations and prolonged exposure to air.

• The larger the bottle, the faster it thickens (that’s normal!).

• Order in small quantities, but more frequently.

• Avoid ordering on Thursdays and Fridays. (We don’t deliver glue on Fridays, so it doesn’t sit in the trucks over the weekend).

• Ideally, you should pick it up at our boutique in Longueuil.

Medium glue keeps for 1 to 2 months, while liquid glue keeps for 2 to 4 months, depending on storage conditions and season (delivery).

Useless black patches: Contrary to what some suppliers claim, these patches offer no additional protection against light.
Ineffective transparent goggles: They do not filter LEDS light and are therefore useless during fitting.

Shipment with refrigerated pad – For optimum preservation

• A $3 charge is automatically added when you select the refrigerated pad shipping option.
• Recommended in hot weather (summer) to preserve glue quality during transport.
• If the option is ticked without a refrigerated pad, we cannot guarantee glue quality in hot weather.
• Do not use this option in winter, as the refrigerated pad is useless and could spoil the product.

• We do our utmost to guarantee the quality of the glue at the time of shipment, but once in the hands of the carrier, we can no longer control the environment of the package.

  This is why, due to the nature of the product and the risks associated with heat, no refunds or exchanges will be accepted on adhesives, even if the texture seems to have changed on receipt.
